Outside Sales Representative | Customer Acquisition Focus

Apollo Executives is hiring driven, results-oriented individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives.

This role focuses on customer acquisition and direct engagement within local communities, representing established brands and promoting services through face-to-face interactions. Individuals in this position play a key role in building customer relationships, driving brand awareness, and contributing to overall market growth.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic who are comfortable working in a performance-based environment and are looking to build or expand their experience in outside sales, customer acquisition, and business development.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent client brands through direct, face-to-face customer engagement
  • Promote services and current offerings to support customer acquisition
  • Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships within local communities
  • Educate customers on products, promotions, and available solutions
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily and weekly goals
  • Participate in ongoing training focused on sales strategy, communication, and leadership development

Compensation

  • Weekly pay + performance-based incentives
  • Additional advancement opportunities based on performance
  • Entry-level earnings typically range from $800-$1200/week
  • Higher earnings are achievable for individuals who consistently perform at a high level, with top performers significantly exceeding entry-level ranges
